Workshop Overview
This workshop will be an intimate and hands-on experience for a small group focused on connecting with herbs that support personal journeys through grief, stress, and anxiety. In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, participants will have the opportunity to honor, create, and utilize herbal allies. This is not a therapy session, but a personally guided and exploratory event. We will create an herbal preparation, like oil rollers, for our hands on activity.
